Our engineers and product managers translate your concepts and ideas into production and material adequate 3D and 2D constructions. Time and data loss is avoided by using a great number of CAD systems. Computer supported project management allows linking the individual project development steps efficiently with our customer.

Tooling concepts are created in sync with the product development. By doing so, prototype tools can be upgraded to production tools considering all findings during the prototyping phase. As a result, individual changes can be considered up to the last development step and even late changes of concepts can be considered.

Our standard program also comprises FEA calculations, mould filling simulations, rapid prototyping and life expectancy testing.

Specialization in combination of hard/soft materials

Core competences of the Jäger Automobil-Technik GmbH & Co. KG's are mechanical, chemical- and molecular bondings of hard and soft materials.

Using innovative material combinations we facilitate the integration of additional functions into structural components and modules:

• Flexible or filigree parts become structurally stable and can be automatically mounted with functional safety
• Seals bonded to housings or covers prevent leakages and need less space for assembly
• The stable connection impedes tolerance addition and increases safety against loss of components
• Reduced complexity reduces re-work and quality costs
